Huons (084110) announced on the 8th that it has launched an anesthetic articaine injection (asilicaine hydrochloride epinephrine combination photo) used in dentistry. This product has been produced and sold only for export to Europe and Asia, but it was recently released after receiving approval for domestic use.

An official of the company explained, "'Atticaine injection' is characterized by stable penetration and diffusion and a longer drug effect time during anesthesia than the existing 'lidocaine injection'" and "Since it is mainly detoxified in the plasma in the blood compared to lidocaine injection, which is mainly detoxified in the liver, it can reduce the toxic effect by reducing the burden on the liver."

In addition, he added that lidocaine injection and articaine injection, which are preferred in the United States and Europe, can be sold simultaneously in Korea, so sales growth is expected this year.
