Cotton Face and Chest Compress Wrap

Method 1: 

Immerse the facial towel in hot water, then wring out the excess water.

Method 2: 

Dampen the facial towel with water and pair it with a facial steamer.

Method 3:

1. Hot compress: Place the facial towel in a container and heat it in the microwave (500W-600W) for 30 seconds, or soak and wring it out.

2. Cold compress: Wet the facial towel, wring it out, place it in a sealable bag, and chill in the refrigerator for approximately 5 minutes.
