Because our products are medicalโgrade and meant for your face, we canโt take returns โ opened or unopened โ unless:
- We messed up, or
- The manufacturer clearly did something totally weird.
If a return is approved, the item must be unused, untouched, unbothered, and still in its original packaging.

Once your return lands back at XQ HQ and passes inspection, weโll email you with the verdict.
Approved?
Your refund is returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bankโs mood.

Before panicking:
- Reโcheck your bank account.
- Ask your card company โ sometimes they move slower than a Monday morning.
- Check with your bank โ refunds can take a minute to post.
