Because our products are medicalโ€‘grade and meant for your face, we canโ€™t take returns โ€” opened or unopened โ€” unless:

  • We messed up, or
  • The manufacturer clearly did something totally weird.

If a return is approved, the item must be unused, untouched, unbothered, and still in its original packaging.

Once your return lands back at XQ HQ and passes inspection, weโ€™ll email you with the verdict.

Approved?
Your refund is returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bankโ€™s mood.

โณ Missing Refund?

Before panicking:

  1. Reโ€‘check your bank account.
  2. Ask your card company โ€” sometimes they move slower than a Monday morning.
  3. Check with your bank โ€” refunds can take a minute to post.
