Temperature-sensitive products are shipped Monday through Thursday. During hot weather, Xq recommends upgrading your shipping speed and adding package protection or cold-pack options to help protect your products during transit.

What shipping methods are available?

Free shipping is provided through USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Select, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 5–6 days. Faster shipping options and additional protection may be available as upgrades.

What happens if my order contains a backordered item?

Backordered products are identified on their product pages and may delay the shipment of your entire order. If you would like your in-stock products sooner, you can place a separate order for those items.

What should I do if there is an issue with my delivery or order?

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or arrives in an unexpected condition, Xq will do its best to assist you. However, delivery issues caused by third-party carriers or conditions outside Xq’s control may not be covered.
