Refund and Returns Policy

Because our products are medical‑grade and meant for your face, we can’t take returns - opened or unopened - unless:

• We messed up, or
• The manufacturer clearly did something totally weird

If a return approved, the item must be unused, untouched, unbothered and still in its original packaging.

Once your return lands back at XQ HQ and passes inspection, we’ll email you with the verdict.

Your refund is returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank’s mood.

Before panicking:

1. Re‑check your bank account.
2. Ask your card company — sometimes they move slower than a Monday morning.
3. Check with your bank — refunds can take a minute to post.

Sale & Clearance items are final sale — no refunds, no exceptions, no hard feelings.

We only exchange items that arrive defective or damaged.
Email help@xq-vip.com for a Return Authorization (RA), and we’ll get you sorted.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label (usually by email). Easy.
