How long does it take for my order to ship?

In-stock products typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment clears. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Temperature-sensitive products generally ship Monday through Thursday to help ensure they arrive safely.

Temperature-sensitive products are shipped Monday through Thursday. During hot weather, Xq recommends upgrading your shipping speed and adding package protection or cold-pack options to help protect your products during transit.

Free shipping is provided through USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Select, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 5–6 days. Faster shipping options and additional protection may be available as upgrades.

Backordered products are identified on their product pages and may delay the shipment of your entire order. If you would like your in-stock products sooner, you can place a separate order for those items.

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or arrives in an unexpected condition, Xq will do its best to assist you.
