Generally, the higher the speed on your microneedling pen, the deeper the needles will penetrate your skin. Lowest speeds are recommended if you are a beginner. When using the pen on sensitive areas such as the face, lower speeds can help you achieve more precise control.
A higher speed works well for the body, such as scars or stretch marks; this can be built up gradually.
