Welcome to the Xq Affiliate Program! By joining, you agree to the following terms, expectations, and community guidelines. We keep things simple, fair, and full of good vibes — but also structured enough to protect the affiliates who show up and work hard.
1. Program Overview
The Xq Affiliate Program is designed to reward affiliates who actively promote Xq products, share their authentic experiences, and help customers discover their glow. Affiliates receive perks, discounts, and opportunities based on activity and performance.
Participation in the program is voluntary and can be ended by either party at any time.
2. Sales Goal & Activity Requirements
💸 Sales Goal (aka: You Got This)
Affiliates are encouraged to aim for $1,000+ in monthly sales.
This keeps perks fair and aligned with the affiliates who consistently put in the effort.
Sales include:
- New referrals
- Lifetime referrals
- Returning customers using your link or code
This goal is totally achievable with a few loyal customers and consistent promotion.
Inactivity Policy
To keep things fair for active affiliates:
- 15 days of no sales: You’ll receive a friendly reminder.
- 25 days of no sales: Your affiliate coupon code/perks may be temporarily removed.
- 45 days of no sales: Your affiliate account may be deactivated.
You can request reactivation once, as long as you’re ready to jump back in.

5. PR Boxes & Product Testing

Occasionally, affiliates may receive PR boxes from vendors or new product launches. If you receive one, we ask that you:
- Share it
- Hype it
- Or give honest feedback if it’s not worth keeping in the lineup
Your voice helps shape the catalog.
6. Discounts & Perks
✨ Xq‑Sparkle Discount
Affiliates automatically receive 15% off all personal purchases. This replaces the need for a personal affiliate code, though it may stack with certain sales.
7. Referral Bonuses
💎 Referrals of Affiliates
If you refer another affiliate who:
- Has 1,000+ followers
- Creates DIY skincare‑type content
You may qualify as a Tier Representative, earning a small commission from their sales. This is our way of rewarding community builders.
8. Payouts
💳 Payment Schedule
Affiliate payouts are issued monthly on the 15th, in the form of store credit. We are continually improving this system (including exploring self‑payout options).
9. Account Deactivation & Reactivation
Accounts may be deactivated after 45 days of inactivity (no sales).
Deactivation may include:
- Removal of the affiliate role
- Removal of affiliate perks
- Loss of access to affiliate tools
Affiliates may request one reactivation opportunity. After that, rejoining is subject to review.

11. Policy Updates
Xq reserves the right to update or adjust the Affiliate Terms & Policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
